IMPORTANT: A recharge will take place only after the previous term has expired, meaning that only after the 1 month of the previous plan is done does the recharge take place for a new month.
We recommend customers order the top-up (recharge) 5 to 7 days before a current top-up expires.
When you receive the card, it contains data and calls valid for 30 days. After that, the card works for 90 days (and up to 12 months through recharging at least once before each 90 days) and can continue to receive incoming calls and SMS.
Be aware that the card is deactivated if you do not top it up within that time frame (within 60-90 days).
The SIM card's maximum life span is 12 months no matter when you have refilled (top-up/recharge) last time. Note that there will be no refunds of any remaining credits once the 12 months since activation has expired.
